Original RFID/NFC tags from System 7 Security have been meeting the expectations of professional wholesale customers in Poland and beyond for years. Unfortunately, we have received reports of RFID/NFC tags being offered by various online and other vendors that are imitating our products. The problem is not at all easy to solve. For those lacking the appropriate knowledge and experience in the materials and components used to construct tags, and without a dedicated laboratory, they can sometimes be indistinguishable. They may appear the same at first glance and behave similarly in a specific application. However, these subtle differences are often significant. Our company has been operating for 35 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in the design, production, selection, and use of passive RFID/NFC tags. We also have our own research capabilities in this area. Original NFC RFID tags are specific solutions that we provide to our customers, a result of our expertise and capabilities. Specialized tags, manufactured in small batches, are most often produced in Poland. However, we produce typical, high-volume tags in carefully selected factories in the Far East, Europe, and beyond, based on years of collaboration. It’s worth noting that for all original tags supplied by System 7 Security, we are the Polish manufacturer, with all the consequences that entails. Regardless of the country and scope of production, a specific batch of a given model was manufactured for us/by us. Of course, theoretically, anyone could order tags similar to ours online from one of the thousands of random sellers engaged in this business for “exotic” prices. And then offer them to others, impersonating our photos, markings, and even our legally protected logo. However, they are not the same, or even identical, although often the supplier himself is unable to distinguish between the two, and sometimes doesn’t even fully understand what exactly he’s selling. Besides the differences described earlier, for importers, there are also the not-always-simple and obvious issues of compliance with European Union requirements and the necessary actions in this area. Furthermore, other obligations and burdens related to NFC RFID tags are also far from trivial. If they are in original packaging with our legally protected logo, it can be assumed they come from our distributor. Even if such packaging raises doubts, please contact us to confirm authenticity or allow us to take appropriate action. 2. For tags without packaging, even those supplied under our logo, this may not be as straightforward. If in doubt, you can submit specific tags to us for verification. However, it’s safest to purchase from our distributors in full packaging with our logo.
