Seven Guard System / The SEVEN GUARD Universal control system was introduced at the end of the 1990s.
Initially it was created for the security industry and is used for the simple and objective monitoring of security guards, guards, caretakers, etc. Over the years, new versions of devices were introduced offering new, useful functionality and the system is constantly improving.
Currently the SEVEN GUARD system is used in a wide range of applications in almost all industry sectors. It is indispensable wherever you need, simply and effectively, to ensure the adequate performance of duties by staff that are required to be in specific places at specific times.

System Description

In every professional environment those responsible for ensuring quality of work are constantly looking for efficient, simple and inexpensive solutions to effectively monitor employees and ensure the required level of efficiency and quality of work.

This applies in particular to companies in the service sector, such as your company. Here, the carelessness of one employee may lead to significant financial losses, loss of customers and numerous other problems.
This may happen because people responsible for the execution of tasks do not show a suitable level of self-discipline and did not perform their duties at the time they were supposed to.
Sometimes even the most reliable employee this may occasionally make mistakes.

But often it is different! Trusted employees may perform their tasks sloppily, contrary to the agreed schedule or even ignoring it, and it is the company that incurs overheads as a consequences.

So the question arises: How, in a simple and quick manner, can we ensure that people responsible for the reliable performance of their tasks actually fulfill them?

This problem was solved a long time ago by good security agencies (in particular, with regard to bodyguards and service staff). However, they do not use objective nor efficient methods of supervision, in this case, relying on:

– onsite monitoring by the manager, which involves another person, is only occasional, can be subjective, and carries significant cost
– the use of entries in a variety of registers confirming the performance of the operations– this is time consuming, cumbersome and unreliable. It is also difficult to effectively monitor (who will reliably analyze potentially tens of thousands of such entries every month?)
– the use of events stored in the memory of emergency systems, access control systems or CCTV systems. These records are difficult to interpret, potentially contain a vast amount of unnecessary data, and generally do not provide precise data concerning the behavior of an individual employee.

Such problems are the concern not only of security agencies, but also your enterprise.

The solution we designed at the end of the last century for the security agencies have been adopted and proven in practice, improving the efficiency of the work of thousands of users at home and abroad. We called this the SEVEN GUARD universal system of control.

The concept is very simple. We equip employees whose work we would like to monitor with inexpensive portable recorders which are roughly the size of a small mobile phone. In areas where they should perform their duties we install small, non-powered checkpoints.

When the employee enters such an area and touches their recorder to the checkpoint, the details – along with the exact time and date – are saved in the recorder’s memory. Should the stay in this area last longer, it is also possible to record the moment of them leaving through another reading of the same or another checkpoint.

This method neither takes the employee any time, nor distracts them, and it creates a completely objective, tamper-free. nonerasable record in the recorder’s memory.

These records are subsequently loaded onto a computer using the provided software or, alternatively, can be printed to a printer connected directly to the recorder, without needing a computer.

The amount of work of the supervisor is also small.

They should only, from time to time, read the records from the memory of the recorders. The system software allows the supervisor to quickly create standard schedules determining, for example, where and when, an employee is supposed to be. If such schedules are defined, the computer will do the rest. This means there is no longer any need to analyze many thousands of entries to determine who wasn’t where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there – the detailed analysis is done automatically.

The supervisor, within a few minutes, receives a clear report containing only non-compliance with defined schedules – everything is clear and simple. It is just not possible to overlook something, or not perform tedious manual analysis, and in this way the staff who diligently perform their duties know that management also knows about it and feel a greater job satisfaction and are motivated to keep up the good work; conversely those who aren’t so diligent are incentivized to work more diligently.

The company, therefore, faces smaller losses resulting from employee negligence, increases the efficiency of their business, and all this for little money and little of work.
